What We Believe

1.  We believe in order to go to heaven you must be born again. (John 3:1-21) This simply means you ask forgiveness of your sins, turn from your sinful ways, and make Jesus the Lord of your life.

2.  We believe that faithful church attendance, bible study and tithing are essential to living the abundant life Jesus came to give us. (2 Timothoy 2:15, Hebrews 10:25, Malachi 3:10, Luke 6:38)

3.  We believe there is nothing too hard for God to do. (Jeremiah 32:27) Matthew 19:26 says, "With God all things are possible." We believe God answers faith-filled prayers and that the desires of the righteous shall be granted (Proverbs 10:24)

4.  We believe the word of God is absolute truth.  It is without errors and is the absolute authority on how to live our lives for Jesus  Christ. (John 17:17)

5.  We believe God is still performing signs, wonders and miracles on the earth today. He is the only true God and besides Him there is no other. He is a God that never changes. He is all powerful! (Isaiah 45:5, Matthew 28:18)

6.  We believe in divine healing by the laying on of hands and anointing with oil. While some receive their healing instantly, others receive healing over time.  According to the scriptures we know it is God's will that believers be healed. (James 5:15, Psalm 103:2, Isaiah 53:5)

7.  We believe Jesus Christ is God's son. He was born of a virgin, lived upon this earth 33 and a half years, during which he did no sin, performing miracles, casting out demonic spirits, and teaching His word. We believe He was crucified to a cross and on the third day rose from the grave and now sits on the right hand of the Father ruling and reigning.  (Matthew 3:17, Isaiah 7:14, 1 Peter 2:22, Matthew 9:35, Matthew 8:28-34, Mark 5:1-17, Mark 15:24-35, 1 Corinthians 15:4, Luke 22:69,    Colossians 3:1)

8.  We believe all the gifts of the Holy Spirit are for today. They did not cease when the early disciples passed away. (Mark 16:17, 1 Corinthians 12)

9. We believe sinners and saints can be set free from all demonic forces. The devil has come to steal, kill and destroy, but Jesus has come that we may have life and life more abundantly. That abundant life includes being set free from our sins, our past, addictions, traditions, shame and condemnation.  We have been given power and authority over all of the enemy. (John 10:10, Luke 10:19, John 8:36)

10.  We believe in equipping the saints for the work of the ministry. All believers have a place in the kingdom of God. God has given the body of Christ, both male and female, gifts and talents. (Ephesians 4:12-16, Galatians 3:28)

11.  We believe in teaching believers how to walk in victory through preaching, teaching, and bible study. God has a great plan for our lives and we must know who we are in Christ and who He is in us (2Timothy 2:15, 1 Corinthians 15:57, Romans 8:31-39, Jeremiah 29:11)

12. We believe we are living in the last days and Jesus is coming soon to rapture His church. (1Thessalonians 4:16, Acts1:11)
